Custom Order FAQs
What's the process for a custom order?
You send us as much information as possible about what you're looking for - including size, color, and any other specifications you're needing. Feel free to send us a photo of your room, and don't be shy to ask any questions you want answered!
Typically our custom orders involve changing the dimensions and/or colors of our existing products, but we are also able to work with designs of your own if you're looking to create your own wallpaper.
Once we have the details figured out, we'll send you a quote with a mockup for the project. When the quote is approved, we'll send over an invoice, and when that is paid, we will start production.
How long does a custom order take?
This really depends! Since it's a collaborative effort between us, we can go back and forth a bit perfecting any modifications and working through the project. This can take two emails, or it could take a week+.
We'll always get back to you promptly, and will make sure you're always informed and updated throughout the process.
Once the project and invoice are approved and paid, we'll get everything printed and into the mail within 5-7 business days.
